摘　　要：After breaking the longest economy growth record in American history, the US economy still has wider inertia motivation. The reasons are: the degree of “suffering index” in American economy turns to be better, and the environment of macro economy is good; consumer expenditure is still strong; in terms of investment, information revolution continues to develop, and the investment on factory rooms and equipment reaches to peak several times. All these turn to be important impulse for internal increase. The stock market of Wall Street still has potentialities to swing up. Although the worry about so called “stock market bubble” has been existed for a long time, the continual growth of Dow Jones Index continues to swing up. Because the enterprises make great performance, and they buy back their own stocks increasingly, it can benefit investors. Thus, the US stock market still has potentialities to rise. Although US economy still has space to increase, there exist serious problems and contradictions. The US Federal Reserve System Chairman Greenspan has been in his position for more than ten years, but his long tern anti inflation monetary policy has already been argued.
