摘　　要：通过对磷酰二甘油脂肪酸酯磺酸钠 (SPS)物化性能的测定 ,考察了SPS乳液的表面张力、乳化力、渗透力、乳液稳定性 (10 %乳液 )与加脂性能的关系。结果表明 :SPS具有良好的表面活性 ,是一种具有结合性的性能优良的皮革加脂剂 。Sodium phosphodiglycerol fatty ester sulfonate (SPS) is a new-type of anionic surfactant, and this surfactant has the unique molecular structure. There are phosphate and sulfonate in the molecule structure. SPS, because of its unique structure and emulsion property similar to the traditional combined fat liquor, is used as fatting agent.
