摘　　要：该文以引人注目的几组数据反映了流入城市的妇女在寻求自身发展过程中由于缺少城市福利和有关保障及生理、心理等差异，显现了一系列有关的妇女问题及其带来一系列令人深思的负效应，同时根据多年的研究实践，提出了较有针对性的对策思路。This paper renders several spectacular groups of data to illustrate the related problems a- mong the floating women, shows the side effects worthy of our attention, and advances a new way of dealing with these problems after years of study.
