摘　　要：目的：探讨医源性胆管损伤的原因、诊断和治疗。方法：回顾分析近年来我院发生的医源性胆管损伤４例。结果：本组４例医源性胆管损伤原因不一，诊断较早，处理及时，效果满意。结论：医源性胆管损伤重在预防，应尽快诊断，及时处理，才可取得理想效果。Objective To investigate and analyze the cause, diagnosis and treatment of bile duct injury. Methods 4 cases of bile duct injury were reviewed and analyzed. Results The 4 cases occurred under different circumstances and were diagnosed early, treated in time, and the effect was satisfactory.
