隔药饼灸对老年人垂体-甲状腺、性腺功能的影响

摘　　要：Seventy seven male cases of the aged were treated by herb separated moxibustion. The acupoints selected were divided into two groups: group I includs Dazhui,Shenshu,Pishu.Group II includs Tanzhong, Zhongwan, Shenque,Zusanli. The patients were treated alternately between two groups,three times a week, one treatment course covers 24 times of treatment. TSH,T 3,T 4,FSH,LH,T and E 2 in peripheral blood were determined during pre and post treatment. After treatment of moxibustion, TSH, T 3 and T in peripheral blood were increased, while T 4,FSH,LH and E 2 were decreased. It indicated that moxibustion can enhance synthesis and secretion function of hypophsis and thyroid as well as modulating metabolism disturbance of gonadotropin and sex hormones.Seventy seven male cases of the aged were treated by herb separated moxibustion.
