摘　　要：If proper nutrition if offered,gastrointestinal function and body metabolism is regulated to normal condition, the body waste product such as cholesterol will be decomposed and excreted. Therefore, a kind of food made of DON MAI was prescribed to some Japan Medical Clinical Institute members and patients in our clinic. The result was acccidentally a surprise to us that some people’s problems of their skin and hair were solved by this prescription. Generally speaking, our hair condition is mainly related to the body hormne level. I also agree with it,but thinking of anti aging effect of nutriology, the surprise above is no accidental any more. Believing the indentical effecacy of DON MAI on hair regeneration, we studied the effect of DON MAI and acupuncture on hair regeneration of young and middle aged people. The result showed that if nutrition was administered alone,hair could grow up. Combined with acupuncture,hair grew much more rapidly. If we use huge acupuncture needle, the hair growth speed was the best.If proper nutrition if offered,gastrointestinal function and body metabolism is regulated to normal condition, the body waste product such as cholesterol will be decomposed and excreted.
