艾灸血清对肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞增殖和表型的影响

摘　　要：Observe the effect of Moxibustion Serum(MS) on phenotypes of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL). METHOD To culture the TIL with MS, to examine the result by the way of Flow Cytometry. RESULT The result showed that MS could assist recombinant interlenkin 2(IL 2) to enhance successively the percentage of CD 3 positive T cells,maintain the number of CD 4 positive T cells,greatly promote the percentage of CD 8 positive T cells among TILs. Such cooperative effect inclined to selective acupoints specificity. CONCLUSION MS is beneficial to the growth of TIL in aspects of phenotypes.Observe the effect of Moxibustion Serum(MS) on phenotypes of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL).
