摘　　要：The therapeutical effects and mechanism of acupuncture in neuro pathological process on rats suffered from diabetic millitus were observed. Acupuncture treatment was applied on the founded model of rats suffered from diabetic millitus. The results showed that positive markers of NGF in needle group, herb group and control group were higher than that of in diabetic millitus group. It implys that needling and taking chinese herb can enhance the expression of NGF in brain and play a therapeutical role in neuro pathological process caused by diabetic millitus.The therapeutical effects and mechanism of acupuncture in neuro pathological process on rats suffered from diabetic millitus were observed.
