槲芪散对肝癌前病变血清同功酶影响的研究

摘　　要：应用黄曲霉菌毒素B1(AFB1)诱发肝癌癌前病变模型 ,研究槲芪散对肝癌前病变血清同功酶的影响。采用琼脂糖电泳法测定各组动物血清中乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)总活力及其同功酶、碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)同功酶、血清r 谷氨酰转肽酶同功酶Ⅱ (r GT Ⅱ )。结果 :模型组血清中ALP1、r GT Ⅱ、LDH的活力异常升高 ,且LDH5>LDH4 ;而用槲芪散处理后 ,这些酶的活力明显下降。The objective of this experiment is to study the effects of Huqi Powder (HP) on isoenzyme in the serum of the hepatic precancerous rat model induced with aflatoxin B1 (AFB 1).
