白细胞介素2和黄芪多糖对人NK细胞活性和增殖的影响

摘　　要：用同位素释放法测定NK细胞的活性和增殖。探讨白细胞介素 2 (1L 2 )和黄芪多糖 (PA)对人自然杀伤细胞 (NK)活性和增殖的刺激作用。结果 :1L 2和PA均可刺激NK活性 ,对照组 16 2±2 2 ;PA组 2 2 4± 3 8;1L 2组 4 0 8± 4 1;1L 2加PA组 74 2± 4 5。 1L 2和PA均可促进NK细胞增殖 (以刺激指数表示 ) ,PA组 1 9± 1 3;1L 2组 6 2 2± 2 3;PA加 1L 2组 9 30± 1 8。结论 :IL 2和PA均可刺激NK活性和NK增殖 ,前者作用较强。PA可协同IL 2 。In the experiment, the stimulant effects of interleukin 2 (IL 2) and Astragalus polysaccharide (AP) on the activity and proliferation of human natural killer cells (NKC) were studied by isotope releasing assay. The results showed that for different groups there were different NKC activity stimulant indexes: 16 20±2 2 for the control group, 22 40±3 8 for AP group, 40 8±4 1 for IL 2 group, and 74 21±4 5 for IL 2 plus AP group.
