枯矾炮制工艺的优选实验研究

摘　　要：采用正交实验设计 ,以测定硫酸铝钾 [KAl(SO4 ) 2 ]的含量为考察指标 ,筛选以烘制法炮制枯矾的最佳条件。结果 :温度 2 4 0℃ ,时间 1 5h ,样品粒度 5mm是烘制法炮制枯矾的最佳条件。The experiment was established by the orthogonal experimental design, and the content of potassium aluminum sulfate was used as the criterion for selecting the optimum factors in the manufacturing of the dried alum by the baking method. The results showed that the optimum conditions for manufacturing the dried alum by the baking method were 2400 C in temperature, 1.5 hours in time and 5 mm in granularity.
