摘　　要：桂林市土地利用现状存在的主要问题有 :耕地面积减少速度快 ;土地利用结构与布局不尽合理 ;土地利用程度与效益、集约化用地水平不高 ;中低产农用地比重大 ;土地重用轻养、局部水土流失严重。针对上述问题 ,提出合理用地的建议 :采取有效措施 ,切实保护好现有耕地 ;优化用地结构 ;提高土地利用程度与效益、促进土地利用向集约化方向发展 ;加强环境保护 。In Guilin, there are some questions of the present situation of land use:the bigger rate which the area of arable land reduces; unreasonable in ways of land use structure and allocation; the degree and benifit of low intensive standard; the bigger proportion of middle and low output of land in whole agricultural land; the excessive land use and the ignored land curing,the higher degree of soil and water erosion in some areas.
