摘 要:提出一种有效的测定痕量镍和钻的吸附伏安法。利用悬汞电极作为工作电极,在0.005mol/L NH_3~0.06 mol/L NH_4Cl—3.0×10^(-6)mol/L锌试剂的最佳底液中,测定镍和钴的线性范围分别为1×10^(-10)~8×10^(-8)mol/L和1×10^(-10)~1×10^(-7)mol/L,检测下限均为5×10^(-11)mol/L。在工作中探讨了镍、钻和锌试剂配合物的吸附伏安行为及其在电极表面上的电化学反应机理。研究证明,该方法灵敏、可靠、省时,特别适用于中草药中痕量镍和钴的定量分析。In the present work,an effective procdeure for the voltammetric determination of trace quantity of cobalt and nickel is introduced. The method is based on the application of voltammetry with a hanging-drop electrode(HMDE) as working electrode. In the optmum buffer solution containing 0.005 mol/L NH_3,0.06 mol/L NH_4Cl and 3.0×10^(-6) mol/L zincon,the linear ranges of 1.5th order ifferential linear sweep voltammetry for Ni and Co are 1×10^(-10)~8×10^(-8) mol/L and 1×10^(-10)~1×10^(-7) mol/L, respectively, and the detection limit for both Ni and Co is 5×10^(-11). The adsorptive voltammetric characteristics of the cobalt and nickel complexes with zincon have been investigated,and mechanism of the elctrochemical reaction on the electrode has been explored. The analytical procedure has been proved to be a sensitive, reliable and time saving mathod, which is especially suitable for the quantitative analysis of trace amount of coble and nickel in traditional Chinese herbal medicine.
