摘 要:指出了大港油田深井钻井过程中经常发生的井壁失稳的 3种主要形式 :坍塌、缩径、破裂 ,从岩石力学和物理化学两个主要因素简要分析了井壁失稳的机理 ,结合现场总结出了由地应力因素引起油气井壁失稳常用的 4种控制技术和由钻井液化学因素引起油气井壁失稳最常用的几种防塌钻井液体系。The main three types of wall unstability of borehole, sloughing, squeezing, and fracture, are pointed out during drilling deep well in Dagang oil field. The unstability mechanism of well wall is briefly analyzed in rock mechanics and chemico physics. Through well site practice, four types of technologies are summarized about the unstability of well wall due to in situ stresses with several drilling fluid systems to prevent from unstabilizing caused by chemical factors of the drilling fluid.
