斑节对虾肝胰腺和血淋巴组织细胞的体外培养

摘　　要：用斑节对虾 (Penaeusmonodon)的肝胰腺组织及血淋巴细胞进行了体外培养 ,结果表明 :肝胰腺细胞培养共传 3代 ,促肝细胞生长因子效果不明显 .血淋巴细胞原代培养很成功 ,血淋巴细胞 90 %多为贴壁生长 ,其中圆形悬浮生长细胞可见分裂相 ,少数瓶细胞传代 6次 ,生长时间达半年之久 ,加入PHA后 ,对细胞没有明显刺激作用 .Hepatopancreas tissue and hemolymph from Penaeus monodon were cultured in vitro The results showed that some of hepatopancreatic cells could be subcultured for 3 generations,however,no apparent growth stimulating effect can be observed when hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)was added, The primary culture of the hemolymph was successful,90% of them attached to the culture plates and proliferate, some plaes of cells could be sub-cultured for 6 generations,keeping alive as six months, but PHA can't stimulate their growth either.
