摘 要:研究不同温度和水分胁迫对番茄种子萌发速率的影响,温度、NaCl和PEG 6000预处理对番茄种子萌发和幼苗生长的交叉耐性诱导.在15℃、25℃和30℃中,50%萌发需要的时间分别是186 h、43 h和 48 h;50%萌发需要的热时间(thermal time)分别为116℃d、45℃ d和60℃d;当萌发温度为35℃时,种子的萌发速率和萌发率被严重地抑制,在整个萌发过程中未出现50%萌发的时间,以及50%萌发需要的热时间远远大于210℃d.随着水势降低,种子的萌发速率、萌发率和幼苗生长量显著下降.15℃、25℃和30℃,-0.1MPa、-0.2MPa和-0.4 MPa的NaCl和 PEG 6000溶液预处理明显地提高番茄种子萌发和幼苗生长的交叉耐性.Effects of different temperature and water stress on germination rate of Lycopersicum esculen- tum Mill. seeds, and induction of cross-tolerance by temperature, NaCl and PEG 6000 in seed germi- nation and seedling growth were studied. The times required for 50% germination were 186 h at 15 ℃, 43 h at 25 ℃ and 48 h at 30 ℃, respectively. The thermal times for 50% germination were 116 degree days ( ℃d) at 15℃, 45 ℃d at 25 ℃ and 60 ℃d at 30℃, respectively. When the germina- tion temperature was 35 ℃, germination rate and germination percentage were greatly inhibited,the times required for 50% germination had not been found, and the thermal times for 50% germination was more than 210 ℃ d. Germination rate and germination percentage of seeds, and consequent seedling growth significantly decreased with decrease of water potential. Cross-tolerance for seed germi- nation and seedling growth was dramatically increased by pretreatment of 15 ℃, 25℃ and 30℃, and of -0.1 MPa, -0.2 MPa, and -0.4 MPa NaCl and PEG 6000.
