摘 要:研究了低碳锰钼铌钢终轧温度及轧后冷却速度对钢的显微组织和力学性能的影响。为了获得 50 0 MPa以上的屈服强度及较理想的综合性能 ,终轧温度以在 82 0~ 90 0℃之间为宜。轧后喷水冷却 ,有利于提高强度。通过用金相法和热磁法相配合测定出了钢的奥氏体等温转变曲线 ,间接地对此钢在各种条件下显微组织的形成规律有了较深入的了解。The influence of finishing temperature and cooling rate after hot rolling on the microstructure and mechanical properties has been studied for a low carbon Mn Mo Nb steel.In order to have a yield strength of 500MPa or more and an optimum combination with other mechanical properties,it is appropriate to keep the finishing temperature between 820 and 910℃.It has been recognized that cooling with water spray after finishing is favourable to obtain higher strength.The isothermal transformation curve of austenite for this steel has been detected by a combination of metallographic and magnetic methods,which indirectly leads to a rather profound understanding of the microstructure formation of this steel under different processing conditions.
