等离子喷涂Al2O3陶瓷涂层的结构与组织特征

摘　　要：用 X射线衍射、扫描电镜等研究了等离子喷涂 Al2 O3 陶瓷涂层的相结构、相组成及其组织特征。金属粘结层与陶瓷涂层均呈层状结构 ,陶瓷涂层致密性较差、易出现微裂纹 ,金属粘结层相对致密、一般无裂纹。陶瓷涂层以亚稳相γ- Al2 O3为主要相 ,同时存在α- Al2 O3。另外 。The phase structure and phase composition in the plasma sprayed Al 2O 3 ceramic coatings have been investigated using X ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscope.Both the metal bond coat and the ceramic coat display a laminar structure.The ceramic coat shows less density and there exists some cracks frequently,whereas the bond coat denser and no cracks.The metastable γ Al 2O 3 exists as the main phase along with an amount of stable phase α Al 2O 3.Furthermore,it is found that the coating design has effect on the microhardness in some degree.
