摘　　要：研究了 Ar+混合 Fe/ Y多层膜引起的磁性变化 ,结果表明 :短周期膜沉积态呈顺磁性 ,随注入剂量增加 ,膜由顺磁向铁磁转变 ,磁化强度 Ms和矫顽力 Hc也相应增大。长周期膜沉积态呈铁磁性 ,注入过程中铁磁性无明显变化 ,饱和磁化强度 Ms随注入剂量增加而减小 ,但矫顽力The change in Magnetic properties of the Fe/Y multilayer film after Ar ion mixing was studied.It have been found that the as deposited film of shorter periodicity are paramagnetic,and the perpendicular and in plane magnetization is the same.The films transformed from paramagnetic into ferromagnetic,M s and c of the film increased with Ar ion fluence.In addition M s of the film of longer periodicity decreased,and the H c increased with the ion fluence.
