摘 要:粮情监控系统是由中央控制站、通信控制器、现场测控单元等构成的分布式网络监控系统。中央控制站(PC微机)以主从式工作方式实现对128个现场测控单元的监控管理,并通过通信控制器RS232/485转换模块完成网络通信。文中介绍了由AT89C2051、CC4051、93LC46和CC4049等构成现场测控单元的硬件结构,多路采集器工作框图,采集模块软件流程和光电隔离电源电路。叙述了中央控制站软件功能模块,及其主要功能模块设计使用的OLE Automation和VB5.0报表生成器等方法,以及实现系统高可靠所采取的抗干扰和防腐蚀等安全性措施。The monitor-control system for barn management is a distributed network monitor-control system that is made of central control station, communication controller and field measure-control units. 128 field measure-control units are monitored and managed by central control station with master-slave mode, and the network communication is performed by RS-232 to RS-485 communication controller. The hardware structure of the field measure-control unit made of AT89C2051, CC4051, 93LC46 and CC4049, and operating diagram of multi-collector, the flow diagram of collecting module program and optical-electricity isolation power circuit are described. The software function module of central control station, the method of designing main function modules with using OLE Automation and report creator of VB5.0, and some measures of anti-jamming and anti-rot to ensure system high reliability are introduced in the article.
