摘　　要：针对承压水上采煤的突水问题 ,详细分析了大量的突水事例及前人的研究成果 ,提出了承压水上采煤突水监控的理论与模型 ,编制了可供现场方便使用的菜单界面突水监控软件 ,并以太原市东山煤矿一采区带压开采为例 。Based on the problem over confined aquifer, a great deal of examples on the water outburst are anlysiszed, and the regional monitor theory and model for coal mining over confined aquifer is put forward. The monitor software of water inrush of using freely for site is drawn up. Based on the example of coal mining over confined water of Dongshan Coal Mine in Taiyuan, the application method of the software is discussed.
