摘　　要：目的　探讨经眶筛前神经结扎术治疗血管运动性鼻炎的疗效。方法　对 32例血管运动性鼻炎患者行筛前神经结扎术 ,观察近期和远期效果 ,并与同期行鼻内筛前神经灼断术患者 2 5例 2a的疗效进行比较。结果　观察组与对照组疗效差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。观察组术后各种临床症状均明显减轻 ,1a有效率 90 % ,2a有效率 87.5 % ,合并哮喘者术后哮喘症状改善。结论　经眶筛前神经结扎术是治疗血管运动性鼻炎有效、可行的方法。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of ligation of anterior ethmoidal nerve through orbital in the patients with vasomotor thinitis.Methods Thirty two patients with vasomotor rhinitis were operated with ligation of anterior ethmoidal nerve through orbiral, and the short term and long term therapeutic effects were followed up, and the long term therapeutic effect wac compared with 25 cases homochronous operation of burn cut intranasal anterior ethmoidal nerve.Result All symptomes of the patients were subsidence after operation, effective rate in one year and two years were 90% and 87.5% respectively, and the asthmatic symptom of the patients with bronchial asthema reduced also. Comparment of therapeutic effect of the ligation with cautery of anterior ethmoidal nerve in nasal cavity on the same time there were significant different(P<0.01).Conclusion Ligation of anterior ethmoidal nerve through orbital is a efficient and feasible treatment for the patients of vasomotor rhinitis.
