摘 要:微孢子虫的形态学特征和分子系统发育树表明它由古老的真核生物进化而来 ,而最近研究表明 ,微孢子虫有着较近起源 ,是从系统发育树的真菌分支分化而来 ,与真菌具有很近的亲缘关系 ,尤其是生物大分子的序列 ,证实了微孢子虫更接近于真菌界而非原生动物界 ,从而动摇了微孢子虫传统的分类学地位。为了构建更为有价值的分类系统 ,对各种分类标准的分类价值进行了评价。另外 ,对微孢子虫的生活史、孢子二型性。The morphological characteristics and molecular evolution tree showed that microspora were evoluted from ancient eukaryote.But the recent research indicated that the origin of microspora is near.And they were differentiated from the branch of fungi,ie.they have a close consanguinity to fungi.Especially,the sequences of biomacromolecules have proved that they are more close to fungi kingdom not to protozoon kingdom.Thus,the traditional taxonomic position of microspora should be revised.To establish effective taxonomy system,various taxonomy standards were evaluated.In addition,advancements in the life cycles of five microspora pathogenic to Bombyx mori,the dimorphism,the structure and function of polar tube,and the spore germination were also reviewed.
