摘　　要：以多音天蚕 (Antheraeapolyphemus)和家蚕 (Bombyxmori)为代表 ,综述了蚕卵壳蛋白族的分子生物学研究进展 ,内容包括卵壳蛋白的生物化学、卵壳蛋白基因家族 (结构和功能 )以及卵壳蛋白基因的表达和调节。By focusing on Antheraea polyphemus and Bombyx mori，this paper reviews advances and progress in molecular biological studies of chorion protein families，including chorion proteins biochemistry，chorion gene families（structure and function）and their transcriptional regulation．
