摘  要:为适应大规模筛选磁钢,以改进人工测试速度慢且易出错的现状,应西安石油仪器厂要求特研制出磁钢自动分选系统。该系统已在现场成功运转。“磁钢自动分选系统”一文全面介绍了国内尚无研制的磁钢自动分选系统的工作原理,设计关键与制作难点。文章从磁性材料的特征入手,对磁钢分选的理论依据作了较详尽的阐述。详细介绍了使用超低频电源产生超低频磁化磁场的原理以及测试探头的设计原理。给出了较完整的控制程序流程图,并介绍该系统的优劣之处以及与进口同等产品的比较结果。To suit for sifting quality quickly from large number of steel magnets to improve testing slowly and making mistakes by hand, according to Xi'an Petroleum Instrument Plant, the system of automatic identifying steel magnet had been designed and manufactured. It had operated several years at plant. This paper overall introduces the operating theory, designing key and manufacturing difficulty about the system of automatic identifying steel magnet, which have not been manufactured in China. It details the essential theory of identifying steel magnet by explain the magnetism characteristic, and shows the theory of the ultralow frequency magnetization field created by use of ultralow frequency source and the designing of testing coils. In the end of this paper, it shows the program flow chart and introduces the advantages and the shortcomings of system compared with import products.
