摘 要:介绍了小叶银缕梅(Parrotia subaequalis)、秤锤树(Sinojackia xylocarpa)等 45种稀有濒危植物在南京地区迁地保育研究进展。结果表明,南京地区比较适合亚热带分布的稀有濒危植物迁地保育。在迁地保育中,一方面应注意迁地保护植物引种保护地的小生境条件和原产地生境条件的相似程度,相似程度越高,越容易保育成功。同时应注意观测植物本身的潜在适应能力,适应能力越强,越容易保育成功。This essay discusses that 45 species of rare and endang ered plants were introduced in Nanjing in ex situ conservation, including Parr otia subaequalis, Sinojackia xylocarpa, Berchemiella wilsonii and He ptacodium micronioides located in the subtropical area. The conservation resul ts have shown that the similaries of ecological conditions between the introduce d habitat and original habitat are one of very important factors. The more simil ar are habitat conditions between introduced habitat and original habitat, the b etter do the plants grow. It is also known that the potential adaptability of t hese introduced plants should be observed. For example, though Tapiscia sinens is grows in moisture hillside fields in the original habitat, it can be plante d in the dry habitat in full light in our garden.
