摘　　要：针对现行机场防洪工程设计方法的不足 ,提出一种新的设计方法 :风险—效益分析方法。该方法以防洪工程的经济、社会和军事等的综合效益作为依据来评价设计方案。对各个效益指标的确定和计算也进行了初步的探讨。通过某机场改建排洪沟工程的计算 。To develop the designing method of airport flood prevention engineering,this paper introduce a new design method,risk-return analysis method.The method select the design plan by analyzing the economic return,society return and military return synthetically.And the paper made discussions on defining and computing of each return.By using the risk-return analysis method,we selected the best design plan of a airport flood defending constructure engineering.
