美韩联盟的转型及未来的发展趋势

摘　　要：冷战时期,美国与韩国订立了联盟关系,两国曾是亲密无间的盟友。美国向韩国提供军事、经济援助,韩国坚决站在美国一边,为美国马首是瞻;冷战结束后,韩国经济腾飞、民族意识上升,加之美国的战略调整,韩国与美国距离拉大,分歧加深并公开化。美韩联盟关系由"主从型"向"伙伴型"转变。随着国际形势的发展,特别是世界金融危机的影响,美韩双方为了各自的利益和战略目标,在转型后将会在新的基础上进一步整合,并以相对稳定的模式长期发展下去。During the Cold War,the United States(U.S.) had entered into alliance with the Republic of Korea(South Korea),and they had been close allies for a long time.U.S.provided not only military assistance to South Korea,but also economic assistance.On the other hand,South Korea had sided with U.S.firmly.However,after the Cold War,with the economy taking-off and the national consciousness rising,adding to the strategic adjustment from U.S.,South Korea had been away from U.S.,and the differences between two countries had been deepened and publicized.U.S.-South Korea alliance had changed from the subordinate relationship to the partner relationship.With the development of the international situation,particularly the affection of the world financial crisis,both U.S.and South Korea will get the further integration on a new basis for their own interests and strategic goals.The relationship between two countries will have a long-term development in a relatively stable pattern.
