专业对我区少数民族大学生就业的影响分析

摘　　要：专业对内蒙古地区少数民族大学生的就业影响很大,毕业生因专业的不同而出现分层化现象。同新疆、西藏等少数民族毕业生比较,内蒙古地区少数民族大学生的就业率比较高。就业率比较低或者无法就业的学生人数,主要集中在少数几种冷门专业上,这些专业需要政府的政策支撑和保护。The professional to employment of minority college students of Inner Mongolia have a great impact as a result of graduates from different professional and emerging phenomenon of Layered.With Xinjiang,Tibet and other minority graduates compared to minority college students in Inner Mongolia region of relatively high employment rate.The employment rate is relatively low or not the job of the number of students,mainly concentrated in a few less professional,these professionals need the Government's policy to support and protection.
