摘　　要：阐述了非正规金融、关系信贷的存在性和效率性,以浙江非正规金融的发展状况为参照,描述了非正规金融在湖北中小企业发展中的作用,提出进一步规范非正规金融,促进湖北中小企业发展的政策建议。The existence and efficiency of informal finance and relation credit are illustrated by taking the case of the development of informal finance in Zhejing province and the role of informal finance in Hubei SME development is described.Some suggestions are put forward to the government to promote Hubei SME development by further regulating informal finance.
