对十七届三中全会维护农村政治稳定政策的思考

摘　　要：在现阶段,保持中国政治稳定重在农村。通过对十七届三中全会发布的利农惠农新政策的研读,提出循序渐进推进农村金融市场建设、大力发展农村合作社和有限制的土地流转、全力支持农村公共服务事业、努力建成新型农村基层治理模式等改革措施,促进农村政治稳定。The article gives some advice on political stability of countryside in China.These advice include the reforms of the countryside financial system,the countryside industry structure,society guarantee,and the basic level political organization construction.It is hoped that these advice can be put into action in order to promote the stability of the countryside politics.
