摘  要:试验研究不同营养因子与培养条件(pH值、温度)对草菇4个菌株菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,菌丝生长最佳碳源为蔗糖,最佳氮源为蛋白胨,无机盐为硫酸镁,植物生长素为萘乙酸,最适培养温度为30℃~35℃,最适pH值范围为7.0~11.0。正交试验确定最佳培养基组分为蔗糖20.0g·L-1、蛋白胨5.0g·L-1、硫酸镁1.5g·L-1、萘乙酸5.0mg·L-1、马铃薯200g·L-1。Different nutrition factors and cultural factors ( pH value and temperature) for growth of 4 Volvariella volvacea strains were studied in this paper. The results indicated that the optimal carbon source is sucrose, and the optimal uitrogen source is peptone. In addition, the optimal inorganic salt is magnesium sulfate, the optimal auxin is naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), the optimal pH value is from 7.0 to 11.0, and the optimal temperature is from 30℃ to 35℃. The optimal culture medium composition on the growth of Volvariella volvacea mycelium were confirmed by orthogonal experiment, which were composed of sucrose 20.0 g·L-1, peptone 5.0 g·L-1, magnesium sulfate 1.5 g·L-1, NAA 5.0 mg·L-1, and potato 200.0 g·L-1.
