摘　　要：民族区域自治制度是我国保障各民族平等权利的基本政治制度,是实现民族关系和谐、民族地区社会和谐的重要保障。改革开放30年来的实践证明,民族区域自治制度维护了国家统一和民族团结,保障了少数民族的平等权利,促进了民族地区的经济发展,推动了少数民族的文化发展,在构建社会主义和谐社会中具有重要的理论和现实意义。The system of regional autonomy of minority nationalities is a basic political system ensuring equal right of the minority nationalities of China.It guarantees a harmonious national relation and a harmonious society in the minority area.Since 30 years' reforming and opening up of China,the regional autonomy of minority nationalities has maintained the unification of our country and national solidification,ensured equal right of the minority nationalities,accelerated the economic development of the minority area,and promoted cultural development of the minorities.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to the construction of a socialistic harmonious society.
