摘 要:研究了不同加入量的改性纳米SiC粉体对灰铸铁显微组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明:与原灰铸铁材料相比,经改性纳米SiC粉体强化处理后的灰铸铁组织细化,珠光体含量有所增加,力学性能提高,当纳米SiC粉体加入量为0.07%时,强化材料的性能提高最大,其抗拉强度提高了18.1%,硬度略有增加。The effect of adding different amount of surface-modified SiC nano-powders on microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated. The result showed that the gray iron strengthened with surface-modified SiC nano-powders has obviously finer microcrostructure, some higher pearlite content and obviously increased mechanical properties, compared with the gray iron having not been strengthened with SiC nano-powders. When the addition amount of SiC nano-powders was of 0.07%, the properties increase of the reinforced gray iron achieved the maximum value, and the tensile strength was increased by 18.1%, and hardness was also increased in some degree.
