摘　　要：介绍了热轧带钢轧辊常规使用与维护技术要求,分析轧辊在使用过程中出现的剥落、断裂、裂纹等失效形式的特征及产生原因,并给出了合理的纠正与预防措施,以减小轧辊失效带来的损失。Technical requirements for normal usage and maintenance of the rollers were introduced. The failure characteristics of pilling off, fracture and cracking which occurring in the working process of rollers and their reasons was analyzed and, in order to reduce the economic loss caused by roller failure, some proper correcting and preventing measures were described.
