摘　　要：介绍了冲天炉和电炉熔炼的优缺点,根据分别采用冲天炉和电炉设备的两个铸造企业的熔炼成本构成及设备投资成本的实际举例,对其运行成本、环保、产品质量等进行了分析,得出:虽冲天炉的熔炼成本较低,但考虑到环保和铸件质量因素,笔者认为感应电炉更有优势。The advantages and disadvantages of both cupola melting and induction furnace melting were introduced.Taking the melting cost structures and investment cost in equipment of two foundry enterprises, which using cupola and induction furnace respectively, as examples, their running cost, environmental protection and casting quality was analyzed and concluded that, taking the environmental protection and casting quality in consideration, the induction furnace is more superior than cupola, although the cost of cupola melting is relatively lower.
