摘  要:研究了以氧化钙和焦炭为原料,在催化剂和助剂存在的条件下合成电石的催化热熔法。讨论了原料配比、合成温度、助剂种类及保护气体流量对产品电石含量的影响。结果表明:当m(钙):m(碳)=3:2,反应温度为1 850℃,以硅酸钠为助剂,保护气体的流量为2L/min时,产品中电石质量分数均在85%以上,收率在58%以上,符合工业生产的要求。同时实验还证明了用煤粉代替焦炭合成电石是可能的。A new concept of synthetic technology of calcium carbide is explored,which is in the presence of catalyst and promoter.The calcium oxide and coke are used as the feedstock and the technology of catalytic hot-melt method is adopted.The factors that affect the content of calcium carbide are studied,which include the preparation ratio of the feedstock,synthesis temperature,species of promoters and the flow rate of the protective gas.The result shows that when the sodium silicate is used as the promoter under the following reaction conditions: m(Calcium):m(Carbon) = 3:2,the synthesis temperature being 1 850℃ and the flow rate of the protective gas being 2 L/min,the calcium carbide mass fraction in the product should be above 85%,and the yield of the product should be above 58%,which is consistent with the industrial production requirements.Meanwhile,the study also proves that it is possible to synthesize calcium carbide with pulverized coal instead of coke.
