以科学发展观为指导树立正确的政绩观

摘　　要：国家政府部门在依法行政的过程中,应当树立"以人为本"的理念,正确看待政绩,理性看待GDP,不能把GDP的增长作为衡量一个官员政绩的前提;要转变执政观念,为构建和谐社会做出正确的指导,做到执政为民,服务人民;建立健全科学的政绩评价体系,促使政府和政府各部门,从管制向服务转变,从单方面规范向促进社会经济发展的方面转变,做到更好地服务社会、服务人民,带动经济的发展。During the administration by law by the government departments,the human-oriented concept should be built up,the achievement and GDP should be looked upon rationally,which can't be measured by the increase of GDP.The view of administration should be changed,for building up harmonious society,governing for the people,serving for the people.The scientific and perfect evaluation system of achievement should be constructed,which urges the government and government departments to change from regulation to service and change from unilateral stardard to promotion of the development of the social economy,striving to achieve serving for the society,serving for the people and promoting the development of the economy.
