人文关怀与图书馆文化建设的思考

摘　　要：人文关怀是图书馆本质属性的体现,图书馆人文关怀是面向大众的道德情怀,其核心是实现信息的平等获得权,图书馆人文关怀对建设和谐社会有非常重大的意义,但图书馆人文关怀"知易行难"。人文精神是图书馆文化建设的核心,文化建设则是图书馆实现人文关怀的前提与保障。在图书馆文化的物质层、制度层和精神层建设中,都应以体现人文关怀的人文精神为主导思想。Human concern is the essence of library.It is a kind of ethical care for the mass and its core is to realize the equal rights of information acquisition.So the library human concern is of great significance for the construction of socialist harmonious society.And the culture building of library,with human spirit as its core,is the premise and guarantee to help realize its human concern.So it is proposed that in every level of library culture building,including the material construction,system construction and spirit construction,human concern should all be strengthened.
