滋水清肝饮对原发性高血压肝肾阴虚证血清CNP的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察滋水清肝饮治疗原发性高血压肝肾阴虚证的临床疗效及对血清CNP的影响.方法 选择2007年4月～2008年2月住院或门诊治疗的60例原发性高血压肝肾阴虚证患者.采用随机对照的原则分为2组,即观察组、对照组,分别给予滋水清肝饮,卡托普利治疗4周,观察治疗前后血压及血清CNP的变化.结果 治疗组降压总有效率为83.3%,对照组为76.7%,两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均见血清CNP活性上升,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 滋水清肝饮通过升高血清CNP,治疗原发性高血压肝肾阴虚证,安全有效,值得临床推广.Objective To observe the clinical effects and CNP of blood serum on patients with Deficiency of Liver and Kidney of The Primary Hypertension(EH) by Water-Nourishing and Liver-Clearing(WNLC)Decoction.Methods 60 case of patients with Deficiency of Liver and Kidney of EH from April,2007to February,2008 were selected and divided into two groups randomly(treatment group and western medicine control group),and treated with WNLC Decoction and Captopril respectively for 4 weeks.The curative effect on blood pressure and CNP in blood serum were observed.Results The total effective rate of blood pressure was 83.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group.There was not a significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).A significant decrease of CNP was found in two groups and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions WNLC Decoction can heighten CNP of blood serum and cure the patient with deficiency of liver and kidney of the primary hypertension.It diverses clinical using.
