循环流化床锅炉一次风室漏渣与静压分布关系的研究

摘　　要：深入研究了某热电厂循环流化床锅炉运行中一次风室严重漏渣的问题,采用CFD模拟技术对一次风室内气流组织进行数值模拟,对炉膛布风板的漏渣原因进行了理论分析,提出了循环流化床一次风室的改造措施。The serious cinder leakage of primary chamber in operation of the CFB boiler in one thermal power plant is thoroughly studied.Numerical simulation is carried out for the air-flow organization in the primary chamber by CFD simulation technology.Then the reason of cinder leakage of the air distribution plate in furnace chamber is theoretically analyzed,and finally the improving measures for the primary chamber of circulating fluidized bed are proposed.
