开塞露纳肛改善顽固性便秘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨两种开塞露纳肛的方法改善顽固性便秘的效果。方法100例患者随机分为两组,每组各50例,使用直接法和间接法经肛给予开塞露,观察两种方法改善顽固性便秘的效果。结果两组排便有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),间接法较直接法改善便秘效果更好。结论间接法给予开塞露解决顽固性便秘是一种见效快、操作方便、值得推广的好方法。Objective To explore the effects of two therapeutic methods of glycerine enema on obstipation.Methods One hundred patients were divided into two groups randomly with 50 people in each group.The patients in control group were given Kaiseku by direct method per anum.And the patients in experimental group were given Kaiselu by indirect method per anum.The therapeutic effects of Kaiselu on obstipation by the two methods were observed.Results The therapeutic effects of Kaiselu in the group with indirect method was superior to that of the group of direct method.Conclusion As an effective and convenient therapeutic method,the indirect application of Kaiselu per anum was a new and promising treatment on obstipation.
