摘  要:目的了解库区中学生结核病控制教育需求,分析同伴教育是否适宜在库区中学生结核病控制中应用及其最佳方式。方法采用定性访谈与定量问卷调查相结合的方法,对重庆某库区4所完全中学的48名学生进行了焦点小组访谈,对14名健康教育相关人员进行了个人深入访谈;对1639名学生结核病防治知、信、行水平及相关健康教育的需求情况进行了问卷调查。结果学生结核病知、信、行平均得分分别为(5.95±3.47)分、(5.60±2.21)分、(3.27±1.65)分。学生最希望通过医生讲座与咨询(64.5%)、电视广播(56.4%)和学校健康教育课程(53.6%)来获取结核病相关防治知识。大部分学生愿意参与同伴教育活动,希望通过此方式为同学服务和提高自身能力。相关领导均认为同伴教育有利于提高学生的综合素质,是开展结核病控制健康教育的可行方式。结论库区中学生结核病防治知识缺乏,防范意识薄弱,卫生习惯欠佳,结核病防治水平较低;学校有适合同伴教育活动开展的条件。同伴教育可应用于库区中学生结核病控制工作中来提高学生结核病防治水平。Objective To know middle school students′ demands for tuberculosis control education in Chongqing reservoir areas,then to analyze whether peer education can meet the demands and what would be the suitable ways.Methods The qualitative interview combined with quantitative questionnaire survey was used.Totally 48 students,from a middle school in Chongqing reservoir area,were interviewed as focus group and 14 relative health educators were in-depth interviewed.And 1 639 students were surveyed through questionnaires about their levels of awareness,belief of knowledge on prevention and treatment of tuberculosis and their behaviors,and their demands for health education.Results The average scores of the students in their awareness,belief and behavior of tuberculosis were respectively(5.95±3.47),(5.60±2.21) and(3.27±1.65).The students,who hoped to get the knowledge on prevention and treatment of tuberculosis through lectures by or consultation to doctors,accounted for 64.5%;through TV and radio,accounted for 56.4%,and through health education courses at school,accounted for 53.6%.Most of the students were willing to take part in peer education practice to serve others and to improve their own capability themselves.The relative officials believed that peer education was beneficial to comprehensive quality of the students,and thus a feasible way to development of health education on tuberculosis prevention and control.Conclusion The middle school students of Chongqing reservoir areas are lack of knowledge on tuberculosis prevention and control,with weak consciousness of protection,no good hygiene habit and lower level of knowledge on tuberculosis prevention and control.There is condition suitable for peer education,which can be applied in middle schools of Chongqing reservoir areas for students to improve their tuberculosis control levels.
