摘　　要：由于"双向转诊"运行机制的缺失等原因,造成转诊网络运行不畅。本研究通过对城乡对口支援医院"双向转诊"的路径探讨,探索"双向转诊"运行程序及保障机制,提出对策和建议,引导逐渐形成"小病进社区、大病进医院、康复回社区"的合理就医模式,达到合理分流患者、盘活城乡医疗卫生资源的目的。The deficiency of the two-way referral mechanism or other reasons brings difficulties to the operation of the referral network.Through approach on the path of the two-way referral,in this paper we explore the operation procedure and safeguard mechanism,put forward countermeasures and suggestions,and thus develop gradually a reasonable model of medical care that inducts the patients with ailment to community health institution,those with serious disease to hospital,and those seeking for rehabilitation to community health institution,so that the patients can be diverted properly and the urban and rural medical resources be revitalized.
