摘　　要：提出了一种新的基于分块奇异值分解(SVD)和离散小波变换(DWT)的数字图像盲水印算法。该算法充分利用了SVD和DWT的特性,首先对原始图像分块进行SVD分解,提取每一块主要的奇异值进行小波变换,最后采用量化的方法将Arnold置乱后的水印嵌入到小波域的LL子带。经过实验,该算法能够实现水印的盲提取,能够对JPEG压缩、椒盐噪声干扰、高斯噪声干扰、图像剪切等有较好的鲁棒性。A new blind-watermarking algorithm for digital image based on SVD(Singular Value Decomposition) and DWT(Discrete Wavelet Transformation) is proposed in this paper. It makes good use of the characteristics of the SVD and DWT. At first, the original image is split into some blocks, then the SVD is applied to each block. We do DWT to the matrix composed by the main singular value of each block. At last, the Arnold scrambled watermark is embedded into the subband LL. The experiment result showed that the blind-watermarking algorithm has a better robustness to JPEG compressing, salt-and -pepper noises, Gaussian noise, image cut and other attacks.
