摘 要:利用植物制片技术,以春兰和墨兰组培条件下的根状茎和盆栽条件下的假鳞茎为研究材料,对其进行了比较解剖学研究。结果表明:(1)春兰根状茎的发育过程包括原分生组织、初生分生组织和初生结构3个阶段,与一般单子叶植物茎发育相似;(2)组培条件下墨兰根状茎的解剖特征与春兰的根状茎结构相似,横切面观由外向内为表皮,皮层(包括外皮层、皮层薄壁细胞和内皮层)以及散生于皮层中环状排列的外韧型有限维管束,且中央具髓,具典型单子叶植物根状茎的结构特点。这与前人做过的相关报道不同;(3)两种国兰假鳞茎解剖特征相似,均由表皮、基本组织和散生在基本组织中的外韧型有限维管束3部分组成,具典型单子叶植物茎的结构特点;(4)组培根状茎与假鳞茎的横切面结构无论在表皮、维管组织,还是在后含物等方面都存在明显差异。Comparative studies were carried out between the tissue-cultured rhizome and potted ps- eudobulb of Cymbidium goeringii and Cymbidium sinense. The result showed: (1) The developmen-tal process of Cymbidium goeringii rhizome is composed of promeristem, primary meristem and primary structure, which is similar to normal stem of monocotyledon; (2) Be different with the previous report, rhizome of both the Cymbidium goeringii and the Cymbidium sinense in transaction is composed of epidermis, cortex (includes exodermis, cortex parenchyma cell and endodermis), dispersed collateral closed vascular bundles, and there is a pith in the center; (3)Even though the a-natomical structures of two genus of pseudobulb are resembled, both are composed of epidermis, ground tissue and disposed vascular bundles, the transverse structure of rhizome and pseudobulb are obviously different from each other in not only the epidermis fibrovascular tissue, but also the inclusion.
