三种中草药浸提液对泥鳅抗缺氧功能的影响

摘　　要：研究了黄芩、大黄、红景天三种中草药浸提液对泥鳅抗缺氧功能的影响。结果表明:黄芩、大黄、红景天(4.0%组除外)浸提液均可不同程度提高泥鳅的存活时间;1.0%红景天浸提液组比对照组极显著延长了41.89%,2.0%黄芩浸提液组比对照组极显著延长了31.75%,4.0%大黄浸提液组比对照组显著延长了21.63%。三种中草药浸提液的最适水平分别为:2.0%黄芩浸提液、1.0%红景天浸提液和4.0%大黄浸提液。The effects of leaching solutions from three Chinese herbal medicines,i.e.baikal skullcap root,rhubarb and rhodiola root,on anti-anoxia function of loach were studied.The results showed that all the leaching solutions from baikal skullcap root,rhubarb and rhodiola root(4.0% outer) could prolong the survival time of loach in different degree;the group of 1.0% leaching solution from rhodiola root was prolonged very significantly by 41.89% in comparison with the control group,the group of 2.0% leaching solution from baikal skullcap root was prolonged very significantly by 31.75% in comparison with the control group and the group of 4.0% leaching solution from rhubarb was prolonged very significantly by 21.63% in comparison with the control group.The optimum adding levels of leaching solutions from three Chinese herbal medicines were: 2.0% leaching solution from baikal skullcap root,1.0% leaching solution from rhodiola root and 4.0% leaching solution from rhubarb.
