三级甲等医院出院患者对社区卫生服务机构的知晓度和利用度及满意度

摘　　要：目的了解三级甲等医院的出院患者对社区卫生服务机构的知晓度、利用度及满意度。方法对调查日前半年内某三级甲等医院的353名出院患者进行问卷调查,内容包括出院患者的一般情况、对社区卫生服务机构的利用情况、影响患者到社区卫生服务机构就诊的因素等。结果35.4%的被调查者曾在社区卫生服务机构就诊,但因本次住院疾病就诊者仅占8.8%。曾经就诊的患者中,对社区卫生服务机构的就医环境满意度最高,为38.4%;对医疗技术满意度较低,为16.8%。在社区卫生服务机构就诊的患者的平均年龄为(60±18)岁,未就诊的患者平均年龄为(54±21)岁,二者间差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。不同文化程度的患者社区卫生服务机构就诊率间差异无统计学意义(P=0.103)。结论三级甲等医院出院患者对社区卫生服务机构的功能缺乏了解,进而不信任且不选择社区就诊。而实际就诊过的患者,多数是满意的。Objective To learn the degree of awareness,utilization and satisfaction of the discharged patients from grade A of level Ⅲ hospital on community health service institutions.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted for 353 patients in a grade A of level Ⅲ hospital discharged within half year,including the general conditions of the patients,utilization of community health services,and factors influencing the patients' visit in community health services institutions.Results Among the 353 respondents,35.4 % once had visits to community health services institutions,but the number of visitors because of the hospitalized diseases this time accounted for only 8.8 %.The patients who ever visited community health service institutions had the highest degree of satisfaction on environment of the institutions,being about 38.4%;but a lower degree of satisfaction on the medical technology,being only 16.8%.The average age of patients seeking medical care in the community institutions was(60±18)years,while that of patients seeking medical care not in the community institutions was(54±21)years,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.003).There was no significant difference among patients with different education backgrounds in seeking medical care in the community institutions(P=0.103).Conclusion The discharged patients from the grade A of level Ⅲ hospital have less awareness on the functions of community health service institutions,thus distrust and not choose visit in the institutions.The majority who actually visited to community health service institutions are satisfied.
