摘　　要：本文详述了目前呼吸机撤机时的临床参考指标及病理生理指标用于判断撤机预后的临床研究进展情况,并展望了更高预测准确度的撤机指标或撤机组合方案存在的可能性。This paper introduces the application and necessity of ventilator weaning in ventilator adjuvant therapy,and elaborates the progress in clinical research of application of clinical reference and pathophysiological indicators in prognosis judgment after ventilator weaning,and prospects the possibility of weaning indicators with higher predictive accuracy or of combined programs.
