摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理对血透患者焦虑和抑郁情绪的影响。方法将我科2002年12月-2007年12月行子宫全切术的80例患者分为试验组和对照组,对照组按护理常规进行护理,试验组在对照组基础上予以人文关怀护理,运用SAS、SDS评估和比较2组患者的心理状态变化。结果试验组患者的焦虑和抑郁发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理有助于缓解血透患者的心理焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量,具有很好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the influence of humane care intervention on mentation of hemodialysis patients.Methods 80 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients received humane care and traditional nursing as Experiment Group,and the remaining 40 patients received traditional nursing as control Group. The patients' mentation was evaluated by using Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS).Results The incidence of anxiety and depression of patients in Experiment Group was obviously lower than that in Control Group.Conclusion Humane care is helpful to improve the anxiety and depression of hemodialysis patients,and increase their life quality.
